Home to the famous Azalea Festival each spring, as well as numerous other events, Honor Heights Park is a gorgeous oasis in the midst of Muskogee. With over 30,000 azaleas, the Park bursts into life each spring and summer with a spectrum of color. The park also includes numerous other flowering plants and trees, as well as walking trails, ponds, picnic areas, playgrounds and sports courts. The park is the perfect place to stroll and enjoy the beauty of nature, see butterflies in the perennial gardens, bird watch, fish and more. Annual events include the Azalea Festival each spring, Symphony in the Park in June, and the Garden of Lights during the holidays.
