2020 The Greater Area Chamber of Commerce Programs
October 2019- June 2020: This program is designed to develop participant awareness of the community with the purpose of broadening our volunteer base in Muskogee, enhancing the knowledge of employees, and creating well-rounded and educated citizens. Participants attend a team-building retreat and focused monthly sessions.
February 20th: Come meet the next Chairman of the Board for the Chamber of Commerce and participate in the ceremonial passing of the gavel. This event will serve as the Chamber’s annual meeting and will highlight the achievements and accomplishments of the previous year. Outstanding Chamber Members and individuals who have made the year a success will also be honored.
January- May: This program is patterned after our Leadership Muskogee program. The Youth Leadership program fosters the leadership qualities and skills necessary for success in the workplace by introducing youth to the world of business and aspects of their community while assisting them in becoming informed and productive Muskogee citizens. This program is open to Muskogee area high school students in their sophomore and junior years. Participants attend one session per month from January through April, with graduation in May.

All in an effort to keep our members and followers in the loop about what is going on in our community and with fellow Chamber members. Comment below on how your business is restructuring its self in these trying times, and we will be sure to share it on its according day!
